Michelle Porter, Broker/President/Owner
Michelle joined Premier Association Management, Inc in May of 2006 and ultimately purchased the business in 2015. She has a background in working in fast-paced environments, and has over 19 years of financial and property management experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, is a Licensed Broker with the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist with the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.
She is incredibly involved in every aspect of Premier’s business, including overseeing daily operations. Michelle dedicates herself to ensuring that Premier Association Management becomes a leader in its industry. A focus on education, training, and emerging technology is kept at the forefront to ensure each employee is up to date with the ever-changing environment of community association management.
She is an active member and treasurer of the Douglas County Rotary Club and Alexander Touchdown Club. She is passionate and focused on supporting local charities, Douglas County schools, courts, and community to assist in meeting their needs and goals.
Brad Porter, Office Manager/Community Manager
Brad Porter joined Premier in February of 2019. Brad previously spent over thirty years in the theme park industry where he managed environmental health & safety, security and risk management.
A native of Douglas County, Brad is a graduate of Emory University, Oxford College, Lithia Springs High School and the North Central Georgia Law Enforcement Academy. He was a member of the 2004 class of Leadership Cobb.
Bonnie Prayor, Office Manager/Community Manager
Bonnie Prayor joined Premier in 2015 brining over 20+years experience in the customer service field. She is a Douglasville native graduating from Douglas County High School and obtaining her BA in Marketing from the University of West Georgia. Since being with Premier she has earned her Real Estate sale agent license, CMCA and AMS certification. She continues to attend educational classes to stay abreast on all the new and changing regulations in her field to better serve her Board Members and Homeowners. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and baking.
Aziza Gilbert, Community Manager
Aziza Gilbert joined Premier in the Summer of 2018. She brings Entertainment and Human Resources Experience from the many years at Six Flags Over Georgia. Aziza was born and raised in the heart of Atlanta, graduating from the illustrious Benjamin Elijah Mays High School. Aziza brings college experience from Guilford College in Greensboro North Carolina and Saint Leo University located in Atlanta, Ga.
Since being with Premier Aziza has earned her CAM license for Property Management. She continues to learn the day to day operations of HOA’s. When she’s not assisting board members or homeowners, in her free time she loves to spend time with her family and shopping on Amazon!
Meraly Clayton, Community Manager
Meraly joined Premier Association Management in 2014 and is currently licensed as a Community Association Manager with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. She is a native of Dallas, Texas, but has lived in Douglasville most her life, and graduated from Douglas County High School. After graduating high school, she worked variety of jobs and had a natural ability to excel in team leadership and management roles. She now oversees the financial, accounting, and other homeowner’s association affairs. She continues to attend educational classes to stay abreast on all the new and changing regulation to better serve her Board of Director and Homeowners.
Janet Kersey, Administrative Assistant
Janet Kersey joined Premier in 2018 bringing 15+ years experience in the real estate and the customer service field. She is a Carroll County native graduating from Villa Rica High School. She obtained her real estate sales agent license in June 2005 from the Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate and continues to attend educational classes to keep current with the market. Janet works in our front office greeting our homeowners with a smile and assisting them with their questions. She is dedicated in working with sellers and buyers to ensure the closing process goes as smoothly as possible. In her free time she spends quality time with family, friends and her two very precious grandchildren.
Suzanne Travitz, Administrative Assistant
Suzanne Travitz started working at Premier Association Management November 2015. She is a licensed Community Association Manager through the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Suzanne was raised in Eastern North Carolina, graduated Swansboro High School and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before moving to Georgia in 1998, where she attended the University of West Georgia. She now resides in Douglasville, Ga with her family and three children: a son who is a student at Georgia State University working on his degree in Music Education and two daughters, 9 years old and 5 years old.
