The purpose of a Homeowner’s Association is to create harmonious community living and to maintain, preserve, enhance, and protect the property values and assets of the community. Managing an association assists with providing continuity of thecommunity and preserves the architectural integrity. Most developers create common property within the community and these areas must be maintained to certain standards and criteria. Most importantly, the Homeowners Association must enforce and protect the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions; By-Laws; and policies to maintain the integrity of the community.
